Part recipe book, part art book, it offers a rare peek into Anne-Sophie Pic’s world – her style, her philosophy of cooking, her flavor pairings, her playful approach to texture, the unique light that inhabits her creations. It took two years to produce this singular work, whose design is a faithful translation – a kind of distillation – of her elegant, complex sensibilities.
